CHP-Units
Water Resistance
Emergency Power Units
Heating Pumps
Intertech Mechanical B.V. produces by order of several costumers CHP-units. The installations reverse primary energy (gas, as well as biogas, sewer gas, dump gas, petroleum and LGP) into mechanical and thermical energy. The CHP-unit generates electricity that will be used by the user, or will be restored to the public electricity net.
Intertech Mechanical manufactures these units in different designs, as on open frames, in sheet-iron isolated canopies as well as concrete isolated houses. Size and weight does not matter.

The resistance developed by Intertech Mechanical B.V. for testing generators with a capacity up to and including 2000 KW/600 Volt is independent of frequency. The resistance is completely made of seawater resistant stainless steel and stainless components. Except the protection cover which is made of seawater resistant aluminium.
Technical details;
The load bank is filled with water in which 15 conducting plates are split up in length (5 plates per phase) so there is not a phase difference by angling.
The plates will be remote controlled by means of hydraulic unit (220 VHC auxiliary supply) by a remote controller with a 25mk extension cable.
The electrical junction box is assembled on the side of the load bank and supplied with a lockable door. The junction box has reinforced copper connection rails with a maximum connection possibility of 4*240mm2 each phase.
A conduction transformer provides each phase, so the external used current will be controlled.

Intertech Mechanical B.V. manufactures Emergency Power Units in sound-deadening steel (omkastingen) as well as in 20, 30 and 40ft sound-deadening containers. Generally the aggregates have an internal fuel tank and an external fuel connection. The units are ranging for 40 up to and including 2000 kVa. The control panel of the units and also the wiring and connection are provided by Elmon. These units can be tested extensively on functionality and capacity at our own testing area.

Heating pumps will cool or heat water, which will be transported by high-pressure tubes. These heating pumps can be produced with air handlers, which are equipped with ventilators. Finally the air-conditioned air will be transported by flexible air tubes and brought to the room by convectors
