By order of Terex/SHM we are building
Generator Sets for the American
coal-mines.
These Generator Sets are equipped with a 16 cylinder Cummins engine (KTA-50 G-9) and a 1.000 Volt, 60Hz generator. These Generator Sets are in operation for the supply of electrical power for the miners. The Generator Set is self-supporting, which means that it has got a hydraulic system of its own, to drive the tracks which are placed under the Generator Set. |

Biogas installatio 345 kWe and 424 kWth
In 2007 Intertech Mechanical B.V. built a biogas installation for the company Dordtech Engineering B.V. for their project Goemare- Eneco Energie in Diksmuide, Belgium.

Capacity 345 kWe and 424 kWth. Target of the installation The target of the biogas installation is transforming dung, maize and other organic waste (such as potatoes) into green energy. What does a biogas installation Biomass will be collected in an airtight silo where it will be warmed and stirred. Through to fermentation biogas comes into existence. |

| This biogas will be burnt in a CHP-engine (combined heat power) which is coupled on a generator. By this there is produced green energy to put on the net. The residual waste, the mass that remains after the fermentation, will be separated from each other into a liquid part and a solid part. The solid part will be dried by the warmth of the CHP-engine into organic dung grain. These dung grains are very popular for viniculture. Nowadays people are exporting the dung grains of this biogas installation to France. The liquid part of the mass will be filtered until it is clean enough to put it back in the river/sea. |
The biogas installation, which had been opened in October 2007, has got a capacity of 12.000 tons of biomass, and the digestaat will be completely processed.
This biogas installation is very special because this is the first one which is compliant to the Belgian law. And this is one of the severest laws in the world.
Intertech Mechanical B.V.has built this installation concerning the CHP and boiler into a 40ft. container. Intertechs subsidiary company Elmon is responsible for al the electric parts in the installation.

The two skid mounted technical rooms are assembled by Intertech Mechanical B.V.. The electrical part has been done by our subsidiary company Elmon.
The biogas will be processed in a 1 MW Waukesha biogas engine. At the same time the biogas will be mixed with pure plant oil in the dual-fuel Cummins engine. This 1MW CHP-unit runs for 50% on biogas and 50% on pure vegetable oil.
The heat and electricity produced by the biogas installation is used for plenty of purposes. One part goes to the next-door recreation area Molenheide, another part of the warmth will be used for the fermentation and drying-up processes. The rest of the electricity will be delivered to the Belgium electricity network.

CHP-units.
Farmer Jens Kirk contracted Nissen energi Teknik a/s in Denmark to build a new CHP- Unit. Jens Kirk has built a new biogas plant, including a gas engine installation, which runs on organic waste. This organic waste is coming from is own Farm and also from the farms of his neighbours. The complete unit is based on a MAN engine, type E2842LE 312 gas engine. |

Kerosene vapour processing installation
Intertech Mechanical B.V. has been contracted to build the first kerosene vapour processing installation in the world by Ipco Power B.V.

Ipco Power, in consortium with Imtech an Biosoil, has been contracted to build the first kerosene vapour processing installation in the world at Schiphol, The Netherlands.
The airport of Schiphol has the worlds premium to be equipped with such an enviroment-friendly installation that produces electricity and heat out of these harmful vapours. Annually more than 1.000.000 m3 of kerosene vapours and an additional 250 tons of kerosene residues will be processes and transformed into energy.
For this project Intertech Mechanical B.V. has been chosen to assemble the complete kerosene vapour processing installation for Ipco Power B.V., like all other projects op Ipco Power B.V. For Intertech Mechanical B.V. this project is a real challenge. Because which company in the whole world has ever built a kerosene vapour processing installation?
Fire engines
Intertech Mechanical B.V. built in order of a Dutch company 5 complete fire-engines.

These special fire-engines were intended
for the new-built Shell refinery in Sakhalin,
Russia.
The temperature in Sakhalin can decrease
to 45 degrees below Celsius below zero.
For this reason the fire-engines are
completely isolated and provided with
pre heaters.
The fire engines are provided with a RVS watertank of 3000 liters and a foam mixing installation. |

The piping is carried out in RVS316 and welded by certified welders. The pipes are all provided of tracing.
At the same time there is a possibility to transport a 1000 meter of fire hose, on the RVS hose reel.
The pump installation supplies a 10 bar water pressure and produces 9000 liters/minute.

Electrical output from 50 kVA up to 400 kVA built in a costumer made sound attenuated canopy (low noise). For outputs > of 300 kVA up to 1700 kVA built in a 20ft ISO footprint custom made light weight shipping container. Higher output in a 30ft of 40ft container, or a costume-made container.

Intertech BV have a world class track record and A 10 years history for manufacturing entertainment Custom designed TwinPacks. An Intertech TwinPack is designed around an ISO Footprint however is custom built in a lightweight Package. Each TwinPack container has two built in complete Generator sets. His design enables the client to run the machine either separately in Island Mode or simply reconfigured to load share and effectively give N + One redundancy. |

Intertech TwinPacks are designed to provide:
