Commissioned by APac Energy Rental Group, Intertech manufactured transformers. APac Energy is one of the largest, international rental companies with locations in Singapore, Dubai and Australia.
In total Intertech build six transformers in containers. Each 20 ft. container contains two transformers and are good for 2500 kVa per transformer.
The transformers convert energy from 22 kV and 11 kV to 400 V.
Because the transformers are being used for rental purposes, and sometimes only will be deployed for a day, they are built for a quick attachment of the cables.
To be able to cope with the surroundings of where they are used, the containers are made heat- and insect proof. Of course they are CSC approved.

They are provided with an earthing switch and protected against excess current, short circuit and overload.
In addition, they are also secured against people who consciously or subconsciously enter the container.
