Testing room

Intertech owns an extensive testing room. All our CHP, generators and other units are tested here. This is the case for diesel, gas as well as alternative fuel engines.

The units are among other things tested on:

• Function
• Output
• Temperature
• Ventilation

Each tested unit is provided with a comprehensive registration certificate.

Data

• Load-banks (both wet and dry) up to 12,000 kW, 690 volt frequency independent.
• For higher voltages we have several transformers at our disposal.
• Ability to synchronize 
• Thermal capacity: 4,000 kWth.
• Net / parallel
• Simultaneous testing of -2 - units of up to 1,200 kWe or -6 - CHP units up to 300 kWe each.
• Using self-compressing natural gas and store, we are able to test gas engines up 3,000 kWe.
